The Lodge at the entrance to the Museum Gardens acts as general office, shop and reading room.

The Lodge is open for personal callers on Monday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm, Wednesday 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm, and Friday 10am to 12 noon.
